Expo visitors will be able to celebrate in style, surrounded by beautiful yachts and boats, with the welcome addition of a new Island Bar to the huge range of refreshment and entertainment choices at ‘the boat show with so much more’.
The Island Bar all thanks to GC Marine and DBM– will offer a full suite of boutique beers, wines, spirits and cocktails – complements the Expo’s wide range of waterfront restaurant dining destinations and cosmopolitan cuisine.
Boasting 360-degree views of the massive on-water showcase of luxurious power and sailing yachts, the new Island Bar will also offer sumptuous seafood-inspired snacks and cheese platters … right in the heart of the Gold Coast City Marina.
“The Island Bar will be a destination where you will be able to kick back and have a drink prepared by the DBM Hostesses while listening to soothing sounds from our line-up of live musicians,” says DBM’s Melanie Smith.
“What better way than to toast the purchase of a new yacht, a new boat or even the success of this new paradigm of boat show.”
The Island Bar snacks will be delivered to visitors by the Fishmongers, which will also be providing restaurant dining at the Gold Coast City Marina & Shipyard.
Visitors can also enjoy waterfront restaurant-style culinary delights at the Riviera Yacht Club restaurant and bar overlooking Riviera’s biggest ever Australian showcase of brand-new luxury motor yachts, as well as at The Galley restaurant at The Boat Works, overlooking the Expo’s massive and exclusive Super 60s line-up of magnificent 60ft multihulls, and where Captain Jack Pyrate Magician will be serving up his own special cocktails.
Cosmopolitan cuisine from around the world will also be on offer at the Expo’s new International Food Court, while visitors can also enjoy a cool beverage aboard the Expo’s FREE ferry, which will cruise between the 3 Expo marinas and also feature live onboard entertainment.
